USAID BRITE project in partnership with AmCham Moldova and Ministry of Economy organized on April 11 a seminar to understand current difficulties in closing down a company, as well as discuss about a draft legislative initiative elaborated by the Ministry of Economy designed to streamline the process of closing down a company.
AmCham members showed high interest in attending this seminar, sharing their experience of closing down a company and discussing about potential ways of improving the current legislation in this respect.
